Warranty
I. Warranty Statement
This warranty document applies to all Boobrie products (hereinafter referred to as "products") and is provided by Boobrie (hereinafter referred to as "the company") as a warranty service. The purpose of this warranty is to ensure that consumers receive reasonable repair, replacement, or other related services if quality issues arise during normal use of the product.
II. Warranty Period
- The product is covered by a 12-month warrantyfrom the date of purchase. The specific warranty period is determined by the date on the proof of purchase.
- If the product undergoes repair or replacement of components by the company or an authorized service center, the warranty period for the repaired or replaced components will be recalculated from the completion date of the repair or replacement. However, the recalculated warranty period will not exceed the remaining warranty duration of the original product.
III. Warranty Coverage
- During the warranty period, if a malfunction or damage is caused by defects in manufacturing processes or material quality, the company will provide free repair services. This includes, but is not limited to, component replacement, adjustments, and other necessary measures to restore the product’s normal functionality.
-
Common examples of warranty-covered scenarios (specific details may vary depending on the product):
- Non-human factors lead to wear, loosening, or malfunction affecting normal use.
- Defective electronic components cause short circuits, open circuits, or other malfunctions, rendering the product unusable.
- Coating, casing, or other exterior elements exhibit peeling, cracking, or other issues due to quality defects, excluding damages caused by improper external impact or scratches.
IV. Exclusions from Warranty
-
Damages caused by human factors are not covered under warranty. Such factors include, but are not limited to:
- Improper use, misuse, or abuse of the product, such as usage beyond the conditions, load, or operations specified in the user manual, resulting in malfunction or damage.
- Damage caused by accidents, such as drops, collisions, water immersion, fire, lightning strikes, or other external impacts or natural disasters.
- Issues or malfunctions caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair, or use of non-original components without written authorization from the company.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery degradation over time or wear on consumable parts) beyond reasonable use is not covered under warranty. However, the company may offer paid repair or replacement services based on actual circumstances.
- If the product’s serial number, anti-counterfeit label, or other identification marks are altered, damaged, or illegible, making it impossible for the company to confirm the product’s origin or warranty eligibility, warranty service will not be provided.

2.Product Return
- After repairs, the service center will return the product to the consumer's provided address. Return shipping costs are covered by the company if the repair falls under warranty. For paid repairs (non-warranty cases), shipping costs will be determined based on mutual agreement.
- Upon receiving the repaired product, consumers should carefully inspect its condition, confirm the issue has been resolved, and ensure normal functionality. If there are any concerns, they should immediately contact the service staff.
VI. Consumer Rights and Responsibilities
- Consumers are entitled to warranty services as outlined in this document if the product meets the warranty conditions. They are also entitled to information regarding the repair progress and status throughout the process.
- Consumers are responsible for properly maintaining the product, proof of purchase, warranty card, and other related documents to ensure they can provide valid evidence of warranty eligibility when needed.
